Replacing pivots, balances, and (sweep?) locks for same "tilting" window - need help matching

Window pivot, L=2.5" W=1/4", hole spacing=13/16", no markings/numbers

Window balance, L=22", markings: (02/3)UNIQUE 21-D-40
(Also need thin pvc?/plastic? inserts covering balance in channel)

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances look a lot like Series 770 channel balances. You'll need the S770-21 with a 21C stamp. The shoe you have pictured here is no longer made however, our 15-167 should work well as a suitable replacement.

You will need to use a new pivot bar as your existing pivot bar would not be compatible with this shoe. Take a look at the 26-021. Carefully compare the dimensions for both the shoe and the pivot bar to confirm that these are the right fit. So long as one of the installation hole placements matches the one on the bottom of the sash, this pivot bar should work fine.
