Replacing rod balance on tilt out window, need pivot bar

Hi, I'm replacing old rod balances with your model 795 T Lock Channel balance, but I can't seem to find the correct pivot bar. Your video for replacing my old rod balance with the model 795 mentions the 26-201 and 26-366 pivot bars, but neither seem to be similar enough to mine. I've attached a photo. Can you recommend the correct replacement?

Thanks for posting! We do typically recommend the 26-366 Vinyl Window Sash Pivot Bar to replace the one you have but we've gotten mixed reviews about whether it worked or not. Another possible option is the 26-318 Pivot Bar.
