Replacing slider handset with locking handset with handle

Question

trying to replace with an exterior locking handset. Mortise opening is 7-1/8 x3/4. Door depth is 7/8 inch. Lock opening on side is 5/8 x 1-3/8.
Does separate purchase handle interfere with key lock?
