Replacing spiral balance, need to replace pivtot shoe, too?

Thanks for posting. As long as your pivot shoe is in good condition, replacing it isn't necessary. However, if it is in bad condition, I'd be more than happy to identify it for you. I will need you to remove the pivot shoe from the window and take a picture of it separately so that I can see what it is! I would also need the width and thickness.
