Replacing spiral balances

Question

My balances are 29" long with Blue tip See pic. My pivot shoe is 2"H x 9/16" thick app and 1 1/8 wide app. the 1 1/8 isn the app with of the channel. i haven't removed anything so I can t get exact measurement. i hate to remove them until I have something to replace them. I'll have to cut the channels to get them out

Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears you have a tilt window spiral balance such as our Series 900 (3/8" diameter) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter). You'll need to measure the outer tube to determine which Series is the best match.

I can't be certain about the pivot shoe without exact dimensions and seeing it removed, unfortunately. Our 15-015 comes to mind but you will ultimately need to remove your old one to confirm if this matches up or not.
