Replacing the plastic drawer glide that is on the cabinet not on the drawer

Question

I ordered the plastic part of the drawer glide that is on the cabinet but the one I received does not have the little black wheel in it that
T the old one had. I tried the new one anyway but I cannot get the drawer on it. Did I order the wrong part or is there a trick ti getting this to work?
