I've been able to take out the double hung sashes and pulley sides. How do I order a complete set of replacement parts?

You'd want to remove these pulley systems from the window to show us photos. We will identify them and provide part numbers and links. Then, you can order replacement parts on our site. Can we see some photos of what you're working with?
