Replacing this slider handle

I am trying to replace this slider handle - any idea if the Patio Door Handle Set, 3-15/16" Product Code: 82-035 would work?

No, I don't believe the 82-035 will work. This is meant to work with an internal mortise lock, which your door does not have. Your handle set is surface-mounted. Please see our 82-013. This looks very similar to what you have, except the hole spacing is different. Double check your hole spacing to see if you couldn't use this as a replacement.
