Replacing vinyl weatherstriping

In an attempt to fix replacement window leaks(crooked windows), I tried sticking some self sticking foam pieces on botton weatherstriping that meets bottom of window sill. It did not work and I ended ripping some od the pieces! Would you have something similar to my imaged section? I need 131 inches total. Thanks
