May you provide me with an exact replacement for this channel balance the length of the metal bracket is 21 inches long (not including the plastic hardware)

This looks to be either the S351-21 or S390-21 channel balances. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can select the 2020 stamp option for the replacements as well.
