The window operator we need to replace is the operator of a left side emergency escape window. There is no top piece of window trim to pry up. How do we get access to the defective Truth operator mechanism to replace it with a new one?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you show us some photos of your window and the issue you're facing? We'd like to see that before we make a recommendation.

Here's a photo of the window where we need to replace the defective operator. We watched your video about this, but in your video there was a piece of trim to pry up which gave access to the operator screws. We don't have any trim which easily lifts away to give us access to the operator screws for replacement.

Thanks for the photos! This window is a unique construction and we're not familiar with it, unfortunately. It looks like the lock in the first photo may need to be removed in order to pry up the trim. If that doesn't work, we recommend contacting a local professional for assistance.
