Replacing window pivot shoe aluminum window

Greetings I have metal double hung windows. Do you deal with aluminum windows? That use 18" Blue or Black tip spiral tilt balances. Any easy method to replace shoes?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The video below will show you how to make a cut out in the window to remove your pivot shoe. This should still work for you but you'll need heavier-duty snips. We will also need to see a photo of the pivot shoe when you remove it along with the written out thickness and width.

We may be able to help with the balances but we'd like to see an undamaged assembly removed from the window.
