Thanks for posting. Your lock looks like an older version of our 38-098 and 38-097. See what you think. If you decide to use these as replacements, keep in mind that they won't work with your old keeper. You will also need a new 38-079.

I'm afraid I cannot identify your operator from this photo, as it only shows the base. I am confident we can get you a match, but we'll need you to remove the entire operator from the window and show us one clear top-down photo of the whole thing. That would be a huge help. Thank you!
