As I was replacing the lower sash on an old double hung window, one side balance snapped and is no longer functional. I would like to get 2 replacement balances for both sides for this window. Please advise and see pictures attached.

We may have a good match for this balance, but it's not possible to identify based on these photos. The balance must be removed from the track fully. We specifically need to see an undamaged version. Show us the top end, bottom end, and the shoe or clip at the end of the cord. We can then work from there.
