Republic window part missing

I have a potential republic window. I am missing the part that attaches to the window. I do not need the handle.
I will also need 4 gaskets.
There are 3 screws attaching the gear mechanism to the window. The two screws are 5" apart.

To further review, are you able to show us an additional picture of the operator arm without obstruction from the screen? I am trying to determine the exact zigzag pattern of the arm as we have two very similar options. Thank you!

Some pics are from a different window and have the complete arm, other pics are missing the parts that I need.

Your operator resembles the 39-187 and 39-188. Please compare the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit! Also review the 39-303 gasket along with the 39-508 stud bracket if needed. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
