I am willing to try but i need to know if the shoe will lock after i install my sash all the way, if i could see the backside of these shoes on Part # 15-121
Or am i doing something wrong not sure ones i have now 15-118 would work for any window because it locks in place as soon as sash is in place
this would really be easier if i can talk to someone so they can fully understand my issues
Thanks
Doug

I'm afraid we can't supply additional pictures at this time, since we're currently all working from home due to the quarantine. All I can tell you is that the 15-121 and 15-118 both work the same way. The difference is that the 15-121 has a slightly larger lock pad in the back. I'm talking just a hair, but sometimes it's enough. My suspicion is that this is why it feels stuck in your window after you installed it. All I can tell you now is that the 15-121 is usually a better option for your window. We do have a return policy, if that will give you peace of mind. You can see it here. |
