Thanks for posting, Larry. I believe you have either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your shoe in order to confirm which of these Series would best match yours.

A quick learner from Belton, TX says:
I have no idea what a shoe is on a window balance.

Should I assume the part number stamped on you balance channel means nothing?

The stamp indicates the spring strength calibration, but is not used for identification further than that. I recommend watching the video below, that should clear things up. We also have detailed pictures and dimensions on the pages I linked you to that you can use as a reference.
