Hi there!
I'm afraid we don't have an exact match but we do have an adjustable drawer backplate, the 32-123. The opening for the drawer runner is 1/4" high and the width is adjustable from 1" to 1-1/2". You would mount the backplate with screws on the rear of the drawer. I can't promise this will work but it is our best option. Look it over and see what you think.
