Request help identifying replacement channel balances

Hi,

Was wondering if I could get assistance identifying my old channel balances for non tilt windows and matching up with your channel balance part numbers, so I can purchase. My balances are 1/2" in width. Three out of the four images have identifiable part number labels. The image with three channel balances without an identifiable label has a part number of 25 5 AX CMC 1. Let me know if you need other information. Hi Robin. Looks like you have either Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what length of balances to select, measure the metal channel not including the nylon fittings on either end. Finally, you'll need to select stamp options for each set of balances you're replacing. I see one of your balances has the stamp code 25 5; this conforms to our stamp option of 2550. However, the other stamp code you show of 29 9 is from an older rating system we don't use. In this case, and in any case you're not sure, weigh the window sash those balances work with. Then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
