I have a set of 4 shoji screen sliding doors on a double track (two doors on each track). When the 4 doors are put together, the act as a room divider almost 12 ft long. The door pattern, when acting as a room divider, is shown in the attached sketch. In the past, these doors slide past each other and cannot be latched or locked. I want to be able to latch these door together from one side as shown on the sketch.
Can you recommend a thumb turn or other device that can by set into the door jambs to fix them together.

Hey, Tim. I think I see what you're getting at. We have a pull latch and keeper, our 83-004, that might work for your doors. Look it over and let me know what you think. |
