I need to order Spiral Balances
32" by 3/8" with Red or Orange caps. 4 each
41" by 3/8" with Red or Orange caps. 4 each
I am not sure of the correct part number for each of these
I will need Pivot Shoes, 1/2", (2" hby 1 1/4" w by 1/2" d) 3 each and a Charging Tool.

Thanks for contacting us! Our Series 900 would be a great match for these balances, but there are a couple things I'd like you to clear up before I recommend anything.
Specifically, the 41" long Series 900 was never made with a red tip color option. The only color options available for this size are green and yellow. Can you confirm that the diameter of the outer tube is 3/8"? If it is, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash?
Assuming they are 3/8" in diameter, the S900-32 would be a standard order balance that is available with a red tip option. It's just the 41" balance that's giving us issues.
For the charging tool, see our 75-006 for tilt windows. I'm not sure what pivot shoe you could have, though. The Series 900 is compatible with dozens. I'd need a picture of yours out of the window in order to find the best match.
