Pins/tabs for window screens (A-X7164) and locks

Question

Hi Swisco;

I am looking to purchase window screen pins/tabs and the tool(s) to remove and insert them into the window screens (A-X7164).

I also need to order at least 6 window locks to replace the broken ones. If you would please tell me the part numbers I need to order it would greatly be appreciated.

Hello,

I believe your screen clip is the 70-014 shown below. Take a look and compare the dimensions to yours. If it's a match, keep in mind that you might need to drill new mounting holes to install the pop rivet if you can't drill out the existing rivet. Take a look at the related video.

As for the sash lock, it looks like it could be the 90-180. The determining factor would be how the installation hole spacing and backset compare to yours. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
