Requesting new pivot pin and balance shoes

A quick learner from Portsmouth, VA says:
Good day!

I noticed that one of my double hung windows stuck balance shoe and broken pivot pin when trying to clean the outside of the windows today.
Requesting help to identify the specific pivot pin and balance shoes, so I can replace them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
Nick

Hello, Nick! This looks like an old Certainteed coil balance assembly. My recommendation for the pivot shoe and pivot bar would be our 15-192 and 26-175, respectively.

Just a few things to note before you buy anything. The 15-192 shoe is a newer design compared to your original and some customers in the past have told me that this isn't an exact fit for the old window. With that in mind, some alterations may be necessary; in most cases the bumps on the front of the 15-192 need to be shaved down to give it better clearance in the track.

As for the pivot bar, you'll note that the 26-175 is a totally different style compared to your original, but it's designed to work for all the same parts. Certainteed just updated the style. It will work the same exact way as what you have now.
