Requesting replacement parts

Question

I recently moved into an apartment and my sliding window has started to malfunction. I had a handyman come over to inspect the problem and he instructed me to reach out to your customer service at Swisco and ask for new parts.
The shoe seems to be tilted one side higher than the other.

I’m attaching images of the parts I’m looking to replace. I tried to find these online but couldn’t find any that matched the window I have. Please let me know if this isn’t a Swisco product or if you are able to help me with replacement parts. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us! The shoe you are searching for reminds me of the 15-270 RH Constant Force Balance Shoe. The left handed version of this shoe is the 15-269.

To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

If you also need to replace the coil springs, I'll need to know see a photo of them and I'll need to know the stamp/marking from the coils.

It would also be a good idea to check the pivot bars to see if they might also need to be replaced. These are the pieces at the bottom corners of the window sash.
