Require Help w/ Spiral Window Balances & Pivot Shoes

Hi,

I am looking for the window parts in the pictures below. I need 8 window pivot shoes, they are 2 1/8 " long and 1" wide and 5/8" deep. I also need 8 3/8" 28" long spiral window balances with the red bushing. Do you carry these in stock? I would like to drive there and just pick them up. Parts came from a single hung vinyl window. Home was built around the year 2000 but do not know the manufacturer of the window. Possibly Norandex Window. The 15-178 and 15-188 Pivot Shoes are both too wide. They are both 1 1/4" Wide and it can't be more than 1"

What other Pivot Shoes that are under 1" that work with a Spiral Balance will work?The Pivot Bar is approx. 2 3/8" long

Hello there, and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Our S900-28 with the red tip should be the spiral balance you are looking for. Unfortunately, your pivot shoe is an old part that is not made anymore. Many customers have successfully replaced it with our 15-179. However, your current pivot bar may not fit within the cam of this new shoe. In this case I recommend you try our 26-021. This should fit nicely into the new shoe and allow you to replace the older parts.
