I want to order parts however cannot figure out the part numbers. Want to replace the channel balances and top sash guides. Metal part of the channel balance is 37 inches. There is a number 3650 on the side of the channel balance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since the top and bottom fittings are winged, I recommend the S380-37 or S385-37 with the 3650 stamp. You'll have to measure the bottom fitting as shown below.
As for the top sash guide, the 18-161 looks like a match. Review the specifications and see if you agree.
We do have the 15-029 bottom shoe which measures 7/8" deep. We don't have a stock balance that uses this shoe but we'd be happy to help via custom order. To outline it for you, we'll use a 37" long metal channel with the 3650 stamp and 19-005 top fitting and 15-029 shoe attached. Does that sound good to you? If so, let me know the number of balances you'd like to order and I can draft a price quote.
