Require replacement assemblies as per pictures Unique 24-D-40

Question

I went to open one of our windows at the cottage and one side of the spring assembly broke.  The spring unit is a Unique 24-D-40.  Over all length of the assembly is 26" end to end as per the picture. I would be looking to getting up to 8 assemblies as this is what I would need to replace for all 4 of my windows. Please tell me what the match would be to your product.  Looking for a quality product.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like it could be a match for the Series 380 or Series 385. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you must measure as shown below. Your stamp may translate to our 2440 stamp; a pair of balances with this option will support a sash weighing 19 to 24 pounds. You can always weigh the window sash to be sure.

The metal channel should also measure 25" long. Make sure not to include the plastic end fittings when determining the length.
