With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-34 or S385-34 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3330 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Great, you'll see multiple strength options to choose from on the S380-34 product page. Based on the 33-3 stamp printed on your metal balance channel, you'll need the 3330 strength option to support a sash weight between 18 and 23 lbs.
