We are an elementary school. As you can see by the photos, the rubber part has broken off. We need some new ones . We do not know what brand. We believe it was installed pre-2001. Maybe 1995.

Take a look at our 10-580. It's not exactly the same shape, but you might be able to adapt it to your door.
