Question

Hello,

We have about 10 of these windows that we need to replace the hardware for.

There are two parts. 1. Is the crank w/ arm. 2. The handle locking mechanism.

The arm looks to be 9 1/4". The crank looks to be 5 1/8" in height.

I'm not sure what I need and hopefully you have something in your catalogue that will work!

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The operator reminds me of the 39-044. The arm is 9" long when measured from the center of the base to the center of the bearing. We recommend you measure as shown below to confirm.

We can't be certain of the locks when they're installed, but the 38-001 and 38-005 come to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need.
