Retaining arm stud?

Question

I need both the top and bottom of these guide arm studs and maybe the guide arms themselves

The part that goes on the window frame is bent as well as the clip part

This the window gets stuck and doesn't open /close properly

We'd be happy to help but I can't tell if you're asking for new hinges for the top and bottom of the window, such as our 36-048, or the stud bracket that attaches the operator arm to the window sash. If you need a new stud bracket, we would need to see yours and determine how the operator link arm attaches to it. Thank you!
