Retaining plastic strips for storm door

Storm door manufacturer can not be identified but it's 40+ years old. Plastic strips are now brittle and need replacing. Local door and window merchants suggested using screwed in clips. Plastic strip that fits along screen or storm window is 3/4 inch. Width is just shy of 1/2 inch. Can you help with identification and replacement? Thank you very much.

Hello,
We do carry some plastic storm door clips that you mentioned, which you can view here. We also commonly recommend cutting the pieces of your retainer strip that are still in good condition and spacing them out, which will serve the same function.
Unfortunately, we do not carry these strips since storm door hardware is not as readily available as it once was but either of these repair options should work for you. Thank you!
