Retractable Pella Screen Mechanism

Question

Hi, I have a Pella slider that is equipped with a retractable screen, which failed and The manufacturer is reluctant to replace the spring loaded mechanism, is there a solution that you have encountered? If so I will install a photo. Thanks and I will keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for posting! The part you are searching for is the Pella Screen Door Trolley. Unfortunately, this item was discontinued and I'm not sure it is made any longer. You may have some luck contacting a local Pella, or Pella directly, but I cannot make any guarantees.
