Shown here are two parts, the top latch and the return spring. I need 4 of the return springs, and 8 (4 left 4 right) of the top latches.
Can you identify these for me? Do you have them in stock. Of so, what will be my cost for this order?

I had no idea that the springs were sold separately, or I would have held on to the ones that came out of the original part.
In looking at the coil balance photos, I have no idea which weight coil my window takes. The device has two coils on each side, the upper coil has a stamp that appears to say "4 3 1/4', while the lower coil has a stamp that appears to say 52 OW. These are the only visible stamps that I see on these coils. However there may be more markings further within the coils, as I have not taken them out of the plastic coil pack container.
In looking at the lower coil, it appears to have 12 or 13 wraps. Other than that, there is little I can tell you. Can you identify which coils I need using this information?

No problem. If you no longer have the original coil springs, you would need to weigh the window sash and divide the total by the number of coils on each side of the window (four in your case) to choose the corresponding strength options.
