Revere dual arm operator

Home Owner from Katy, Texas
I need to replace a dual arm casement operator. It is from a Revere window and has the number 1491-220B.

The arms are numbered R S-1491-265 and 260.

We carry a few different operators that may match this. In order to confirm the best one, can you detach the long straight arm from the track and show me what the end looks like?

Enclosed are 2 views of S 1491-260. The arm is bent upward at 90 degrees at the end to fit in the plastic piece in the track.

I haven't seen able to figure out how to get the piece out of the track.

I recognize this. You have an older style Ashland operator which I don't believe is still available. Take a look at the 39-253LB Encore operator instead. This is the one I would recommend as a replacement. It operates similarly to the one you now have, but you may also need a new 39-529 slider and maybe even a new 39-528 track if you can't reuse the originals. You'll also need the 39-451 handle/cover, which is sold separately.

Hello Katy (OG),     I have the same operator as yours and I am trying to find replacement parts. Did you end up finding the same or getting an alternative part? Do you mind sharing some info, please?Hello Dave Sr. (from Swisco),     Do you think the parts you recommended here can be used to replace my existing system? I have the same one like Katy. Thank you so much. Hope to hear from either of you soon. Thank you.Andy

If your system is identical to the photos above, then our recommendation still stands. Please note that these parts are not guaranteed to work, but they are the best options we have available.
