Reverse awning operator

A handy person from San Diego says:
Looks Old School. The bar holding the window is 7 inches long. We are willing to replace completely. Need an operator that can attach on the face of the wood, rather than the side.

You aren't kidding. This looks very old school.

We don't carry many products that work like this, so we don't have many options for you. Actually, we might just have one: our 39-268. This looks like it mounts to the sill and sash the same way and it has the same crank operation to open and close. I feel optimistic, but look it over and see what you think.
