Ribbed Channel Balance Help

Hi there! We may be able to supply this balance, but we need a bit more information. First, there should be a shoe or something at the bottom end of the balance. This shoe is what connects it to the sash, but yours is missing. Do you have an undamaged balance that may still have this piece? If so, it's imperative that we see it.

Next, can you tell me the length of the ribbed channel? I'd also like to know many of these you needed.
