I am confident we can find a replacement balance, but we need some help. Could you reply back to us with the width, height, and length measurements of the balance? This information will help lead us in the right direction of which replacement to suggest.

32e is 33" long, 34c is 35 1/8" long....the channels are 9/16 wide and 10/16 deep.

Thank you for replying back with your detailed information. For your 33" ribbed balance, have a look at our S751-33 with a 32TG option. This will support a sash weight of 29-36 pounds.  As for the 35" balance, see our S751-35 with a 34HD option. This balance will support a sash weight of 24-29 pounds. Look over both pieces and let us know if you have any other questions.
