Can we see a photo of the part that you need to replace? If we see your old balance, we can tell you which SWISCO part replaces it.

The balancer is a ribbed 20TGXT measuring 7/16

In my experience, Great Lakes windows commonly used our Series 751 channel balance with a 15-197 locking terminal. We can specially make this for you, but I have a few questions before we can go further.

The smaller ribbed balances don't come with your stamp (20TG). Are you having a problem installing them or are they just too big? Can you give me the width and height of the channel? How many of these did you need?
