Ribbed channel balance with different shoe

Question

Balance length is 28 and three-quarter inch top to bottom these are single hung windows there are no identifying marks on the glass or the frame or the windows themselves

The metal is 28 inches it is stamped at 28 see the weight of the sash [the sash weighed 16 pounds]. The top connects with a big plastic piece but I can't find it on your websiet.

I will follow up on another email to you with pictures of the shoe on the balance also pictures of the bottom of the window thanks I have three windows.

To confirm the pricing and availability of this balance I'll need to see the stamps/markings from your balance, how the balance installs to the top of the window (a hook or a clip), and I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase.
