Thanks for posting. There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement operator you need, but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to confirm the right fit. I'll need to see the arm(s) of the operator and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash. If possible, it would also help to see a photo of the base of the operator with the cover removed.
