hi I have a old crank. These are the numbers that are inside it and the height from the screws is 4 1/2 versus 5 1/1/4 following specs off the inside of the old part198202uf

We can't be sure without seeing the bottom mounting holes of an intact operator, but I'd recommend starting by comparing our 39-259 operator to yours, as well as the 39-258 for the opposite side if needed. The design of the hole pattern and link arm appears similar, but review the overall specifications to confirm if it's a match. Thanks for posting!
