Right hand awning operator with no manufacture markings

Top hole to bottom holes 5 1/4 inches
Distance between bottom two holes is 1 1/8 inches
The arm length from center of pivot point to screw attachment hole is 2 1/2 inches
The screw hole appears to be 3/16 inch

I was thinking the same. Will the 1/8 inch difference in arm length cause any problems?

No, I don't think it will. There's actually a little bit of play in the linkage for this kind of part, at least in how it connects to the window. You can get away with a difference in arm length as long as it's not too much.
