Start by looking at our 32-119. See if the size of the gap that accepts the track matches your old drawer sockets. See what you find.

The 32-119 meets all the criteria except length. Mine is 2 3/4 while the 32-119 is 2 1/4 length. The guide penetrates in 1 1/16. Any thing closer to 3 in. Length. The 32-019 is almost 4 inches long. May be a possibility.

You could probably use our 32-018, but to be honest I don't think a difference of 1/2" in length is going to be something you notice. It's ultimately up to you.
