I'm afraid your post got cut off, so I'm not sure what your question is. If you need an all new operator, could you show me a clear picture of the hole pattern, as well as a clear picture of the link arm? That will help us find a good replacement.

I was able to source a new operator locally. But they do not have the small plastic piece I am attaching here. Do you carry these?

Ah, I see. See our 36-018C, this looks similar to your plastic piece.
