Right hinge broken on several windows

There are absolutely no markings on the windows. This is the hinge that you pull in to release the pane for easy cleaning. The home was built in 1997 by Pulte Homes. mI windows says it is not one of theirs.

Based on your photos, I would recommend our 26-243 and 26-244. Give them a look and let me know what you think.

Is there a difference between the two suggestions that would make one preferable over the other?

You would actually want both in your window! One is for the left side and the other is for the right side. I recommend looking at the store page for each part for more details.
