Thanks for posting. We should be able to replace this pivot shoe for you, but there's a lot of different kinds with this specific style, as you can see here. To know which you'll need, you will have to remove one from the window and measure its exact width and thickness. Provide us those measurements and we should be able to narrow down which one you need. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
