Right side coil retainer

Photo 1 is the left side with an unbroken part. Photo 2 is the left side with the broken part. The last photo is the sticker that was on the window at purchase. The sticker states they are Alside model A116. That is all the information I have, they were purchased in 2017.

We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information to ID your hardware. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and show us some photos?
