You can start by taking a look at the 79-123 pivot set used on Kawneer commercial doors but this is just an educated guess. The top pivot hole spacing is 1-1/4" on centers. Compare your pivot and mounting hole centers to see if this pivot set has the same dimensions and mounting holes as yours.
