The windows noted above were installed in May, 1989. There are 1" stoppers on each side of the upper windows that prevent the bottom window from being raised up more that 3 1/2", which gives a sense of security, especially at night.
Nine (9) of these stoppers have broken over the years and we have not been able to find replacement stoppers. Home Depot gave us your website. We are wondering if you have such an item. We do have the stoppers that are broken, where the top and bottom "wing" or "extension" of the stopper broke off, so we would be able to send one to you, if it would help to identify the type of stopper we would need.
